Maximum speed of D388 is 40,000sph, and can be combined with D300 and D600 to form a complete press line printing 4+2 or 4+4 color pages.
Drives
Every printing unit is independently driven by one AC motor.
Solna D390 designed and developed with the help of the latest interactive computer simulation technology.
The result is Solna 390, with a new independent drive system, plate cylinders with narrow 4.4mm gaps, all plate cylinder with sidelay and circumferential registers. All features combine to offer superior print quality and productivity.
Solna390 equipped with one AC motor for each unit, elimiating the limitations of a conventional shaft driven press.Printing flexibilityas high as the units can be operated independently, there are no mechanical drive connections between units using either blets or shafts.
Circumferential and sidelay register of the plate cylinders is adjusted from the main console, resulting in faster start-up and less waste. The printing units can be equipped with motorized or digital ink controls privided by a variety of suppliers.
Solna 390 designed to combine high printing speeds with superior print quality. This capability demands among other features that all rotating parts are dynamically balanced with particular care. The narrow gaps of the cylinders offer a longer printing length as well as minimizing vibration.
Solna390 can be installed in your existing press in the position of your choice eigher as a replacement or as an extension with considering your present press drive.Towers may be arranged either in-line or at right angles to your pressline. The drive arrangement of your existing press is not affected, therefore no production time is lost while the new solna 390 equipment is being installed.
Press drive
Each H printing units is powered by two indepent AC motor.
SIDE FRAMES
Of robust construction privided rigid support for the ink fountains.
INK FOUNTAIN
Solna ink fountain to assure consistent inking.
THREE RING BEARING FOR BLANKET CYLINDER
Uing international standard three ring bearing enebles steady running of machine guarantees good printing quality in long run.
More sophisticated in transfer system, designed for higher speed and printing quality.

PLATE LOCK-UP
Self-locking design with 1.5mm gar. Other conventional lock-up designs are available upon request.
BLANKET TO BLANKET LOCK-UP
REGISTERS
Circumferentail and lateral movement of both plate cylinders can be adjusted independently from the main control desk.
MULTIRANGE
The Solna Multirange system-adjustable impression between blanket cylinders-ensures best print quality and dot gain.
The beareless design contributes to increased flexibility and to consisitent high print quality. The absence of bearers also eliminates costly and time consuming bearer replacements.
By turning the multirange dial you promptly adjust the impression to achieve the correct dot transfer. Adjustments can be performed during the run of the press.
